Refund Policy
What items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. All products are custom, made to order pieces. All of our products are given a multi-point inspection upon completion and will not be delivered or installed if it is different than agreed upon in the order.
In the rare event that your order is built inaccurately or has a defect as defined by our cosmetic standard, Northfield & Co. will replace the furniture and correct the issue.
Any characteristics of handmade furniture are not considered defects. Please keep in mind all of our products are made from real wood and as such, will have variations in grain patterns, color, knots, and checks. Wood colors will vary and monitor screens are not always accurate in showing the actual color.
Northfield & Co. will also repair or replace any items damaged in transit, as long as the damage is properly noted upon delivery per our instructions.
Due to the high costs of manufacturing, packaging, and freight charges, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on orders for buyer's remorse or if the items purchased are to large to fit through doorways or the intended room.
